Job Responsibilities: |
|
To oversee and direct all aspects of the Leasing Division thus ensuring that:
1. Interaction with Retailers is expanded and the network of contacts expanded and maintained in terms of relations and customer care
2. Leasing targets are achieved and Leasing Commission income maximized
3. Vacancies are leased in accordance with the pre-approved tenant mix plan
4. Lease Renewals are attended to in accordance with policy
5. The negotiation of Lease terms for the benefit of the property / mall in respect of best practice principles. |

Key Requirements: |
|
Education:
Related Bachelor’s degree or an education / experience combination in the areas of marketing, business administration, real estate (leasing), property management and/or retail management. |
|
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Retail Leasing with at least 3 years at senior level and at which time a team of leasing staff was managed.
KSA or GCC experience is a must. |
|
Desirable Skills:
Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of human relations skills.
Responsible for evaluating and negotiating lease agreements and related documents thus well versed in legal terminology and cause and effect of changes to standard terms.
Proven leadership and people management are critical for this role.
Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
Confident, adaptable and self confident style you will be diplomatic in ensuring win-win outcomes. |
