Job Responsibilities: |
|
• Develop leasing plan to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan. Ensure proper tenant mix in the property in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall.
• Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing Retail groups, specially within the GCC to ensure continued and future business
• Prepares a target list of the prospective customers, both local and international suitable for the type of areas available for leasing in the mall, assess their due diligence, invites them to a presentation of videos, drawing, models etc in order to generate interest in the mall, work towards sales closure to meet revenue targets and Ensures proper maintenance of tenants waiting list |

Key Requirements: |
|
Education:
Degree, preferably in business management, from a recognized University.
Extensive knowledge of retail leasing management |
|
Experience:
5 – 7 years of experience in the relevant field in organizations of repute of which at least 3 years must have been spent in a managerial position
We require an experienced professional Mostly in KSA or GCC to be responsible for managing the leasing for GLA 78,000Sq.m. |

Desirable Skills:
Strong negotiations and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and decision making qualities are essential.
Good analytical and presentation skills. |
