Job Responsibilities: |
|
Ensures high quality and rewarding level of occupancy at the mall including the temporary leasing locations , Keeps abreast of new brands and their operating strategies and explores possible relocation or addition to tenants mix and makes relevant recommendations to Management.
Makes recommendations on suitable locations for temporary (specialty) leasing opportunities Identifies business sectors of potential temporary tenants and makes required efforts to maintain the highest occupancy level in the designated locations |

Key Requirements: |
|
Education:
University Degree, preferably in business management, from a recognized University.
Extensive knowledge of Retail leasing & marketing. |
|
Experience:
2 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field in organizations of repute of which at least 2 years must have been spent in a Leasing position |
|
Desirable Skills:
Strong negotiations and Leasing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
