Feasibility analysis ensuring that all corporate financial benchmarks are met
Preparation of Board Capital Approval submissions including justification for each new deal or project proposal
Development and administration of project budgets
Negotiating and finalising Lease documentation
Working with developers and driving the design phase to ensure concept plans provide the business with the required amenity for the long term benefit of the operation and the development as a whole
Management of external consultants and internal colleagues such as Design and Construction Managers to lead the development through to delivery
Liaising with the real estate industry, local councils and other statutory bodies and being well informed on Government regulations and strategies, ordinances, property values, competitive activity and market conditions
Management of the Assistant Property Managers in the function of lease administration, facilities management, resolution of day-to-day issues affecting the business, and to ensure critical dates were observed and exercised in a timely manner
