Duties/Responsibilities:

- Leasing Manger (responsible for the leasing of all the mall units in all the company projects) .
- Establishing of new markets and researching the potential of available markets.
- Preparing of market research for new projects. Working with the market research teams in collecting and assessing information needed to measure the feasibility of new projects as well as the direction needed to establish their required profitability and potential.
- Putting procedures for new programs and coordinating between departments to ensure the implementation of all projects under way.
- Ensure the proper execution, monitoring & evaluation of the business plans.
- Resolving customer complains and handling all major relationships with clients and potential customers.
