Duties/Responsibilities:
Participate in the preparation and implementation of the marketing plan.
Responsible for issuing a report regarding the feedback of the tenants on the marketing activities and the impact of the advertising and marketing tools on the sales volume.
Responsible for the coordination with the tenants in any type of promotion that is required for the marketing plan.
Responsible for obtaining feedback of the Galleria visitors through surveys.
Coordinate with the marketing department in the implementation of any event.
Responsible for implementing Market audit and analyses through preparing SWOT analysis.
Participating in preparing annual projection budget.
Lead and conduct a weekly meeting with different departments for coordination.
Submit monthly reports for the management showing the average daily traffic, average sales for the shops, assessing the performance of each shop and any comments from the customers or the tenants related to the operation.
Prepare and implement specialty-leasing activities.
