Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development & execution of the Marketing Plan and support the Marketing Department in all aspects of its operation. Operations Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day soft and hard services and retail operations in the Mall. Assistant Leasing Manager

Position Purpose:
- To efficiently distribute and supervise all work tasks related to day to day leasing and administration procedures for the Mall, Khan Murjan and other properties as directed by the Manager.
- To supervise all data entry and regular update entered in the ERP system for all information pertaining to: new and renewal lease, termination of lease, tenant’s information, payment receipts, in close coordination with the Accounts department.

- To ensure proper organization of the Tenant’s Lease files and securing complete Leasing related documents (i.e. signed and stamped lease offers, lease agreements, addendum, payment receipts, Tenants’ passport & visa pages, trade license copies, payment reminders, invoices, notifications, ejaris, floor plan layout & drawings for the concerned retail outlet, full correspondence history with the Tenant, etc.) in accordance to Leasing formats and standards.
- Maintain and regulate issuance of Ejari documents and corresponds with ERES (Land Dept) to ensure proper registration of properties are met in accordance to Dubai authority guidelines.
Main Duties of Position
- Providing assistance to the Head of Leasing and Administration and Retail Sales Manager.
- Meeting prospective Tenants and receives brand concepts/portfolios and forwards the same to the Head of Leasing and Administration for approval.
- Preparing and sending out offer packages to the prospective tenants (offer letters, drawings, floor plan, layouts, terms & conditions of the lease).
